Song, who has been away from home for more than a decade. Her hometown is a small town surrounded by mountains and the sea, and the nearest supermarket is an hour’s drive away. Song, who used to have take-out food three meals a day, starts a self-cooking and healing life in the countryside. With the aging population in the countryside, the elderly farmer neighbors often request Song to help with farming. By doing the farming work, cooking, and tidying up her mother’s deserted vegetable garden, the memories of Song’s deceased mother overwhelm Song. Song gradually learns more about who she is on beautiful days in the countryside. 　　Song realizes that nothing is more concrete than touching the land with your own hands, having sincere conversations with the neighbors, and cooking the food you grow in the garden. She hasn’t decided if she will stay in the city or in the countryside permanently, but she now has regained the energy to face the challenges again.

「認知障礙症」是多種令腦部功能不正常地衰退疾病的統稱，患者會因大腦神經細胞病變而導致大腦功能衰退，認知能力會因患病而逐漸退化，例如記憶力、語言能力、視覺空間判斷力、執行能力、計算和決策能力等，而日常生活、行為及情緒亦會受到影響。認知障礙症患者多為長者，香港面對人口老化問題，因此認知障礙症患者亦隨之增加。現時，全球每3秒便有1人確診認知障礙症，而本港每10名70歲或以上長者，便有1名是認知障礙症患者，85歲以上人士的患病比率更高達三分一，情況不容忽視。 　　 　　《歲月不忘情》希望藉着戲劇節目傳授認知障礙症的知識，讓觀眾全方位認識「認知障礙症」之餘，亦喚起大家對患者和照顧者身、心、靈健康的關注。期望各界以行動支持，攜手建設「認知無障礙」社區，讓患者及其照顧者獲得關懷、支持和接納。

在一切崩塌的地方，還能綻放著的物件是什麼。在無法簡化的存在，在不斷湧現的當下，有什麼東西，是能夠繼續在支離破碎的時間和空間中持續存在呢 ?
